DropDV is a Mac OS X droplet which converts MPEG video into DV video streams. After conversion, your video can be edited with iMovie, Adobe Premiere, Final Cut Pro, or any other DV video editing system. DropDV converts MPEG video files from Still Cameras, MPEG-based video cameras, Tivo and ReplayTV MPEG files, as well as any other MPEG file you may have from other sources.
